WorkAide Jobs (https://jobs.workaide.ai) is a job-search workspace operated by EZ Web LLC("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication credentials (managed via Supabase Auth).
- Career and profile data: resume text, career context, job-matching preferences, and settings you enter in the app.
- Job and application data: job listings collected from sources you configure, AI match scores, and application drafts (resumes, cover letters, messages).
- Usage and billing data: plan tier, subscription status, usage meters, and payment records processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical data: logs, IP address, browser type, and security signals (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in) needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- Provide and improve WorkAide Jobs (collection, scoring, drafting, export).
- Process subscriptions and manage your account.
- Send AI-assisted features using third-party model providers (e.g. OpenAI) with the content you supply for that purpose.
- Enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Third-party services
We use trusted processors to run the product, including:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Stripe (payments and subscription billing)
- OpenAI (AI scoring and document generation)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on auth)
- Job board APIs and RSS feeds you choose to connect
Their use of data is governed by their own policies. We share only what is needed to provide the service.
Payments on your statement
Charges for WorkAide Jobs Pro are processed by Stripe on behalf of EZ Web LLC. Your card or bank statement may show Business Solutionsor a similar merchant descriptor — not necessarily "WorkAide Jobs" or "WorkAide".
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described on our Data deletion page.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us at support@jobs.workaide.ai to exercise these rights.
Children
WorkAide Jobs is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
