You can request deletion of your WorkAide Jobs account and associated personal data.WorkAide Jobs is operated by EZ Web LLC.
What we delete
When we process a verified deletion request, we aim to remove or anonymize:
- Your account and login credentials
- Career context, resume text, and settings
- Saved job sources, inbox listings, match scores, and application drafts
- Usage and profile records tied to your user ID
What may be retained
We may retain certain records where required or permitted by law, including:
- Billing and tax records related to Stripe transactions (as required for accounting)
- Security, fraud-prevention, or abuse logs for a limited period
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
Before you delete
- Export anything you need — downloaded PDFs and drafts on your device are your copies; we cannot recover data after deletion.
- Cancel Pro first — use Billing → Manage subscription in the app to cancel Stripe billing so you are not charged after account removal.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your account:
Include:
- Subject line: "Account deletion request"
- The email address you used to sign up
- Confirmation that you want permanent deletion of your account and data
We will verify ownership of the account and respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days). Deletion is irreversible.
